Return Policy
Eligibility
Products are eligible for return within 15- Days after product delivery. Product must be in the original package/ poly bag with the original tag. Product must be unworn,unused, free of stain or any sign that indicates that product has been worn other than trying for full refund ( taxes + shipping cost may vary and may not be refunded). If we receive a product and it doesn't follow the above criteria, you will be responsible for paying for shipping cost to get it back.
Items on Sale:
Any item that is listed on sale or at a discounted price is not eligible for return/refund unless you received wrong order such as color, size or style, then we can only do exchange ONLY.
Wrong item Received/ Defective item:
We invest a great deal in delivering you the best product, and for some reason if you received a defective product or wrong size/color, please indicate the correct Reason for return, otherwise we may assume that you sent us a defective item, and you may not be eligible for full refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nisascrubs@gmail.com to process an exchange for you.
